Wilmore "Moe" Fowler: Film Production Program Manager

Eric Fleming is the program chair and tenured professor for the Film Production Technology program. During his five year tenure with the program, he’s leveraged his position to raise funding for women filmmaker initiatives and scholarships for young, diverse voices in cinema. While working in Los Angeles for 20 years, Eric has worked on assignment as a writer/director and sold original screenplays to Paramount, Fox Searchlight, United Artist and MTV Films. He’s had a feature film premiere at HBO U.S. Comedy Festival as well as created and sold five TV pilots to NBC and Fox, one co-written with Michael Keaton.

Wilmore "Moe" Fowler: Film Production Program Manager

Wilmore Fowler, known to his associates and peers as Moe, has a wide range of experience with roles in the producer’s unit including positions in producing, production management and assistant directing. At Valencia, he assists in the overall planning management of the film program as well as provide leadership to student and professional partnership productions. His expertise ranges from features films and commercials to stage shows, reality and events. His love for being in the producer’s unit has gained him the opportunity to work productions such as The Voice Kids (Telemundo), The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (NBCUniversal), Step Up 4 (Feature Film) and commercial clients such New Balance, MasterCard, A&W and PGA TOUR.

Paul Mayne: Director of Photography | Professor

Paul has been a Cinematographer in the Motion Picture Industry for over twenty years, shooting feature films, documentaries, commercials, and television.  While working as a professional filmmaker, Paul has also taught in higher education at several posts, including Valencia College.  He is in his seventh year with the institution, and in the process of completing tenure.  He plans on continuing his work at Valencia as well as collaborating on professional film productions.

Victor has honed his skills as a first and second assistant camera across commercials, short films, and documentaries for the last three years. At Valencia, Victor brings extensive experience in managing camera, sound, grip, and electric equipment fostering an environment where students thrive in hands-on learning and have access to great equipment. When he's not managing gear, Victor's geeking out over film photography, cameras, lenses and cinematography.

Evan Carnevali: Post Production Supervisor | Professor

EJ is a talented photography professional and Getty Images contributor, specializing in on-set stills. A graduate of Valencia Film School in 2017, EJ has built a diverse career in the film industry, holding various roles in coordinating, art department, and script supervising. Passionate about sharing her expertise, EJ currently serves as an instructional lab assistant, guiding students in their creative journeys.

Evan Carnevali: Post Production Supervisor | Professor

From production to post production Evan has had the filmmaking spark since an early age. He moved to Orlando in 2014 and has studied Film Production Technology at Valencia College and graduated in 2016. Since then, he has been hired there  as an instructor and has edited short and feature films.
